Shipping
We deliver and ship within New Zealand. We offer free shipping on all orders over $70.
Auckland Local
For orders from the Auckland Local area under $70, you will be charged a delivery fee of $8.
Northland & Southland
For orders from the Northland & Southland under $70, you will be charged a delivery fee of $10.
*Please note that any adjustments to the courier fees are subject to changes in the pricing standards of the courier company.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send the required documents to wowmatcha.wowmatcha@gmail.com as below:
1. Damaged or defective products
2. Shipping container with the shipping label in one picture
3. Internal packages, like wrapping packages or bubble wrap
If products are misused, we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. Please read the care instructions on items.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer free exchanges so please choose carefully.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email about damage or issues with your order and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
